Carole Dugas brings a wealth of experience and a contagious positivity to her role as eBoutique Builder & Product Creator at Horizon Promotion. With a diploma in office management, Carole spent the first half of her career in the seafood industry, where she perfected her administrative skills and earned a reputation for efficiency, care, attention to detail, and reliability. The seafood industry is also where Carole and Miguelle met and where they became colleagues for nearly a decade.

Known for her infectious smile and unwavering support, Carole has become an integral part of the Horizon Promotion family, bringing her positivity and dedication to every work day.

For the last three years, Carole has been an indispensable part of Horizon Promotion, working closely with our core team to develop and refine our eBoutique program. Her willingness to learn, to try new things and her perseverance to get things done right  have been instrumental in bringing our innovative eBoutique program to life.

Carole's favorite part of the job is the opportunity to work with our programs and learn something new every day. She takes immense pride in seeing how the products come together with the artwork, resulting in the creation of beautiful eBoutiques that delight our clients and customers. Additionally, Carole deeply enjoys building connections with our clients, taking care of their needs, and knowing that her work brings joy to them when they receive their products.

Outside of work, Carole enjoys immersing herself in nature during her daily walks and finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as going for a leisurely drive (with her soon-to-be husband) with a quick stop for a bit of shopping. Her favorite color is pink, reflecting her vibrant personality and love for all things cheerful and bright.
