As the catalog expert and owner of Horizon Promotion, Miguelle Goguen is the driving force behind our innovative eBoutique program. With a passion for business and a commitment to excellence, Miguelle has dedicated herself to building a thriving enterprise and revolutionizing the way we serve our customers.

Miguelle's journey to entrepreneurship began in the seafood industry, where she spent 11 years refining her business understanding and mastering the art of operations. In December 2019, she acquired Horizon Promotion, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her career.

For the moment, most of Miguelle's time is spent in what we affectionately call "the dungeon," as our company is still in its first 5 years and she stands committed to its development, structure, and improvement. Outside of work, Miguelle enjoys taking walks with her two dogs, Chico & Mack, along the beach. She is also a fan of live shows, especially concerts. Miguelle's favorite color is purple.

Her favorite part about her job is discovering new products and searching relentlessly for the right product for her clients. She also loves creating eye-catching designs with her clients and trying new fashion-forward ideas.

With a keen eye for innovation and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Miguelle continues to lead Horizon Promotion towards new heights of success, inspiring her team to deliver nothing but the best to our valued clients.

Carole Dugas brings a wealth of experience and a contagious positivity to her role as eBoutique Builder & Product Creator at Horizon Promotion. With a diploma in office management, Carole spent the first half of her career in the seafood industry, where she perfected her administrative skills and earned a reputation for efficiency, care, attention to detail, and reliability. The seafood industry is also where Carole and Miguelle met and where they became colleagues for nearly a decade.
Known for her infectious smile and unwavering support, Carole has become an integral part of the Horizon Promotion family, bringing her positivity and dedication to every work day.

For the last three years, Carole has been an indispensable part of Horizon Promotion, working closely with our core team to develop and refine our eBoutique program. Her willingness to learn, to try new things and her perseverance to get things done right  have been instrumental in bringing our innovative eBoutique program to life.

Carole's favorite part of the job is the opportunity to work with our programs and learn something new every day. She takes immense pride in seeing how the products come together with the artwork, resulting in the creation of beautiful eBoutiques that delight our clients and customers. Additionally, Carole deeply enjoys building connections with our clients, taking care of their needs, and knowing that her work brings joy to them when they receive their products.

Outside of work, Carole enjoys immersing herself in nature during her daily walks and finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as going for a leisurely drive (with her soon-to-be husband) with a quick stop for a bit of shopping. Her favorite color is pink, reflecting her vibrant personality and love for all things cheerful and bright.

Kelsey MacDonald is our indispensable production partner and owner of Presto Stitch, serving as a crucial component in our eBoutique program's journey towards excellence. With a background rooted in business ownership and a passion for delivering top-notch products, Kelsey has been a driving force behind the success of our eBoutique program.

In 2012, Kelsey took the leap and purchased her own business, Presto Stitch, diving headfirst into the world of promotional products and customization. Over the years, she has dedicated herself to mastering the intricacies of the industry, sharpening her skills in production and product delivery.

Miguelle and Kelsey crossed paths in 2021, and it was evident from the start that their partnership was meant to be. United by their shared vision of improving operations and continually striving for excellence, they embarked on a journey to figure out the production side of our eBoutique program.
Kelsey played a pivotal role in implementing production procedures that enables Horizon Promotion to efficiently produce and deliver to its eBoutique clients. While the production side of the promotional industry typically caters to commercial orders, Kelsey's ingenuity and determination have paved the way for individualized processing on a timely basis, ensuring that each client receives a unique and convenient experience.

Kelsey's unwavering commitment, dedication, and willingness to innovate have been instrumental in the successful launch of the eBoutique program. Horizon Promotion is proud to partner with Presto Stitch, under Kelsey's leadership, to deliver magnificent orders to clients.
Thanks to Kelsey's involvement and expertise, our eBoutique program now boasts a full-circle in-house workflow, delivering unparalleled quality and ensuring that Horizon Promotion remains at the forefront of online store providers in Canada. The merger between Horizon Promotion and Presto Stitch marks a significant milestone in achieving our shared goals and aspirations.


A little bit more about Kelsey

Kelsey finds solace on her farm, enjoying the serenity of rural life with her husband and five children. She's also an avid barrel racer with a deep passion for cowboy culture. Her love for horses extends to her own apparel line, Twisted Wires, where she combines her love for her work with her passion for horses.

Kelsey is known for her strong work ethic and dedication to her craft. She approaches every task with diligence and determination, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards. Her keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Her favorite part of her job is the opportunity to continually learn and grow. As someone who thrives on new challenges and experiences, Kelsey relishes the chance to expand her knowledge and skills. She finds fulfillment in the dynamic nature of her work, always embracing the opportunity to push boundaries and explore innovative solutions.

Chrome is Kelsey's favorite color. Yes! Just like the country song from Trace Adkins. Because anyone that knows Kels, knows that she loves a big ol' Mack truck, with mud flaps, you know the kind... and if asked if she wanted a ride, her answer would be: "Hell no, I wanna drive!"

Prachi Bisht brings a unique blend of business management expertise and creative flair to her role as Marketing & Styling Expert and eBoutique Program Co-creator at Horizon Promotion. With a background in business management and graphic design, Prachi has always harbored the spirit of an entrepreneur and dreamt of owning her own business. She believes in finding balance in all things and enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending relaxing time with her family and friends.

Affectionately known as the "Queen of Horizon Promotion," Prachi embodies all the qualities of a great leader. Humble, confident, and organized, she possesses a natural ability to embrace and solve issues amicably. A clear communicator and resilient problem-solver, Prachi brings everyone together to work for the greater good of the company. Her loyalty to the team is unwavering, and her presence is a driving force behind Horizon Promotion's success.

Prachi and Miguelle have a truly unique story when it comes to meeting each other. Despite being located on opposite sides of the globe—Prachi in India and Miguelle in Canada—they connected on a freelancer platform called Fiverr. Miguelle was searching for someone to share her vision with, and Prachi wholeheartedly believed in the vision from the very beginning. Together, they became partners in business, with Prachi serving as the eBoutique Program Co-creator alongside Miguelle. In addition to her role in program development, Prachi also lends her expertise as our Marketing & Styling Expert.

While Prachi doesn't have a favorite color, if she were to choose one, it would be something like teal—a reflection of her vibrant personality and creative spirit. Her favorite part of the job is driving innovation that improves our different processes, including anything that makes it easier and more enjoyable for our clients. She also loves to take care of her team and her clients, ensuring that all is well and everyone feels supported.
